Dalston

 This is a location in Dalston that we might use to shoot some of our music video as it is a nice new rebuild area with lots of things around such as water holes that shoot up water and ping pong tables with will make the background seem lively. Also if the weather changes up or there is poor weather throughout the shoot there is parts that have a big glass roof that covers a wide range which will stay dry.  As for health and safety we need to be careful of any people around as there is a play area around so kids can run around and disrupt our shoot or try and touch the equipment, also we need to be careful of what we are filming as people may not want to be caught in the filming.

 

Lee Valley Bridge

This location is a location that we might use if we need to, this is under a bridge near on the river lea near hackney wick and Stratford. It is an area that is used to take pictures and film and skates normally skate here as well. This is a good location for use to shoot some of our video has it has graffiti all over the walls which look good and it has big concrete blocks keeping up the bridge which we can use to cut to another area. As for health and safety there is no electrical pugs so there should be no wires as well, but we do need to be care full of not going to close to the river or try to make sure we don’t get in the way of any of the skaters.

Constraints

Constraints There will not be any constraints with the location as it is on the open road which means we don't have to ask for permission. Travel - travel cost as we will be filming in different locations it will require us to use money to get to these locations Personnel- There will be different people in our music video and some of them may only be available for a certain amount of time Light because of the days getting shorter, there we only be a certain amount of time we can shoot in the light Copyright -The track we are using is an original track so we do not have to worry about any copyright issues. We have been granted permission by the artist to use his track for the music video. One constraint is money, as we do not have a budget which limits what things we can get for our music video. So we are using equipment from the college, to deal with the limited resources

So anyway I was really in to Arllyne cause I thought she was really nice need to get her by any means yeah

I had to cuff her around March and then i lost her around June

It was set back then but you know what can you do

My brother I'm through skip to September I got myself a new boo

I'm joking Mariana up in this woah she had a wicked back I'm telling you it was just rude yeah

She was nice and I was Kool I wasn't ready for the ting so we broke up around December just after Jamal's ting

So after New Year’s I kinda wanted a lighty only took me one week

That's when I finally met Chloe oh no I didn't know that she was so damn dumb or say so

You know I know the same I was messing with Tylo

The song is about Tim sharing his experience and his encounters with women from his past, it’s something he’s never ever shared with anyone so he’s deciding to tell a story rapping about how it began, and what women he’s been with. He’s rapping the story into existence so whatever he says comes to life. So the women he mentions come in to the frame and walk past him as he mentions them.

1.       Risk of the camera falling

One possible risk is the camera dropping while we move it around

To ensure this hazard does not occur we will make sure we are extremely careful when moving the camera around the set. We will also place the camera in the bag when moving it around. 

2.       Cars driving on the road whilst we are filming

As we are filming on a street there is a possibility of cars passing through.

We will overcome this by making sure that when we are filming the road is clear, and if cars are coming we move all the equipment out the way.

3.       The possibility of losing equipment

When we are filming there is possibility of us misplacing our equipment

We will ensure this does not happen by making sure we have a checklist of all our equipment and place them in one safe space to avoid losing it. We will also make sure to place the equipment in the correct bags to avoid losing it.

4.       The weather affecting the cast, crew, location and equipment

Risk Factor (1-5): 2

The rain falling would affect the location as it would make the street slippery which would create a hazard for both the crew and the cast. We will overcome this by moving away from any slippery areas and inform the cast and crew of the risk. Also there is a risk of the rain damaging the equipment, we will avoid this risk by bring an umbrella and placing it over the camera to avoid the rain falling on the camera.
